CHARACTER_TBL error

When I am trying to click the databaseserver.exe nothing happens.
Error:

2009/11/16 17:40:12
query:uspLoadPlayerData '01'
SQLSTATE:42S02 error:[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Invalid object name 'CHARACTER_TBL'.

Help?

Didnt it have to call "CHARACTER_DBF" ?

and if you have problems on v14 stop it and go out of home meet friends....

-v14 Offical Files
