How to change rates

Hello.
I'm trying to change rates / make events,but its not working.
The event system is not working and the rates too.
Some1 can give me working Event.lua / EventFunc files?

i think your event.lua and eventfunk.lua are working but you dont can use it
learn it and dont make a new thread for one uestion oO

Are you trying to change rates in v14 files ?
If yes, we cant give you support.

-> v14 official files are forbidden.
