Hey i need help i downloaded the fame files now i see there is INI files

what ill write in them?
i dont understand what wrote there can somone give me guide or somthing?
it's hard i dont know what to write on DBServer.INI
and all the other INI

like Login.INI,Char.INI and all the stuff
